Rokman® officially launched its first-generation waterproof hunting pack, featuring a submersible zipper system and welded seams.

That same year, Rokman started attending hunting expos and outdoor trade shows across the U.S.

After a year of refinement and feedback from pre-sale customers, Rokman® set out to prove the system in the wild. The team embarked on their first Alaskan moose hunt, pushing the pack through brutal rain, mud, and rugged terrain.

This expedition validated Rokman®’s promise of true waterproof performance and inspired the slogan that would guide the brand moving forward:

“If it can survive Alaska, it can survive anywhere.”

As the world ground to a halt in 2020 and expos were ended - Rokman® went the opposite direction — deep into the wild.

While others stayed home, the team used the time to test their gear on a remote Alaskan caribou hunt.

Rokman opened its first physical showroom, giving customers a place to experience the gear firsthand — to feel the build quality, test the waterproof seals, and connect directly with the brand.

2023 marked a major milestone — the launch of the first annual Rokman® Game Archery Challenge, a unique event blending competition, community, and real-world skill-building.

Hunters and archers from across the country came together to test their accuracy, endurance, and backcountry readiness.

Rokman® crossed borders — and hemispheres — to New Zealand, taking on rugged backcountry hunts across mountain terrain, rainforests, and river crossings.

The expedition pushed the waterproof system to its limits, testing every seam, zipper, and strap in extreme conditions.
